Salary: $246,500–$304,500 per year.

What you will do

• Lead technology strategy and platform development for Cboe Clear US.
• Build and inspire a high-performing engineering team.
• Drive innovation in mission-critical clearing technology, including digital assets and derivatives.
• Define and implement global clearing technology strategy with Cboe Clear Europe.
• Lead development support for critical incident response and ensure secure platform operations.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies like Tokenization, AI/ML.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of proven expertise and leadership in global markets clearing or operations technology.
• Ability to grow and build high-performance technology teams.
• Detailed understanding of clearing concepts (settlement, margin, collateral management, risk management).
• Highly technical software engineering background, comfortable reviewing code (Python, Java, SQL).
• Experience building highly resilient systems, preferably in the cloud, and managing teams with cloud-first technology (GitOps, DevOps).

Nice to have

• Track record of implementing innovative technical solutions (Tokenization is preferred).
