What you will do

  • Lead and mentor the Meta UA team (2–5 people), setting goals and conducting performance reviews.
  • Develop and execute Meta Ads strategy for mobile, web2app, and app2app products.
  • Manage large-scale monthly budgets ($300K–1M+) and optimize key performance metrics.
  • Design and implement creative and funnel testing frameworks across various channels.
  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to maximize ROMI.
  • Initiate new hypotheses to scale growth and prepare regular reports.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in User Acquisition, specifically with Meta marketing strategy.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team of UA Managers.
  • Ability to manage significant monthly budgets ($300K–1M+).
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize CPA, CTR, IPM, CR, ROAS, LT0/LT7 ROMI.
  • Expertise in building and optimizing Web2App and App2App funnels.
  • English: B2 required.
