What you will do
- Lead and mentor the Meta UA team (2–5 people), setting goals and conducting performance reviews.
- Develop and execute Meta Ads strategy for mobile, web2app, and app2app products.
- Manage large-scale monthly budgets ($300K–1M+) and optimize key performance metrics.
- Design and implement creative and funnel testing frameworks across various channels.
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to maximize ROMI.
- Initiate new hypotheses to scale growth and prepare regular reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in User Acquisition, specifically with Meta marketing strategy.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of UA Managers.
- Ability to manage significant monthly budgets ($300K–1M+).
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize CPA, CTR, IPM, CR, ROAS, LT0/LT7 ROMI.
- Expertise in building and optimizing Web2App and App2App funnels.
- English: B2 required.
