What you will do
- Launch and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, X, and Reddit.
- Drive traffic and lead generation through content such as ebooks, reports, and webinars.
- Build cohesive full-funnel journeys connecting ads, social, landing pages, and email sequences.
- Experiment with audiences, creatives, and funnels, documenting insights for the team.
- Measure campaign results using HubSpot and product analytics tools.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and sales to align campaigns with brand and ICP.
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English
- 2-4 years experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Experience managing budgets of $10K+/month across multiple channels.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS funnels and attribution models.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, and GA4 analytics.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on testing and sharing learnings.
