What you will do
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (primarily Meta; additional channels are a plus).
- Execute structured testing across creatives, audiences, and campaign frameworks.
- Monitor and optimize daily performance based on key metrics (CPA/CPP, CTR, CVR, ROAS).
- Collaborate closely with the Creative team on briefs, feedback loops, and creative prioritization.
- Support performance reporting and insights sharing (weekly/daily).
- Maintain clean campaign structure and ensure tracking/attribution consistency with the Analytics team.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing / paid acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel performance metrics and decision-making.
- Analytical mindset and ability to optimize based on data.
- Strong execution and attention to detail.
- English level: B1–B2+ (working proficiency).
Nice to have
- Experience using AI for operational automation and testing.
- TikTok Ads experience.
- Experience with subscription products / mobile apps.
- Familiarity with attribution tools (AppsFlyer / Adjust).
- A/B testing and funnel optimization understanding.
- Basic SQL / BI understanding.
