What you will do

• Directly communicate with B2B clients to build long-term loyalty.
• Onboard new clients and provide product demos to prospective customers.
• Identify client needs and propose valuable solutions and offers.
• Prepare recommendations for product improvements based on client feedback.
• Update technical documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in Account Management within the gaming sector or a similar industry.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ level or higher).
• Ability to provide client-centered solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Capable of building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
• A cooperative team player excelling in problem-solving and negotiation.
• Skilled in managing multiple partners with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
