Location: Hybrid role with offices across Europe. Opportunity for workation up to 90 days per year, with 21 days outside the EU. The role focuses on the French market and requires Native French.

Salary: €4,475 – €5,416 gross per month.

What you will do

  • Lead agency relationships and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships in France.
  • Build a pipeline of agency clients and manage key accounts.
  • Create campaign proposals and sales strategies tailored to the French market and close advertising deals.
  • Assist internal teams in campaign execution and reporting.
  • Participate in strategic planning and product roadmaps planning.
  • Oversee contractual negotiations and sign long-term trading agreements with agencies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in agency sales or media sales in France.
  • Strong network within top 6 media agencies in France.
  • Strong understanding of the French advertising landscape.
  • Native French and excellent written and spoken English.
  • Comfortable with strategic planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong at communicating performance marketing results metrics (CAC, CPA, LTV, ROAS, Conversions, Incrementality) and brand marketing metrics (Ad Recall, Brand Lift, Reach, Frequency, Brand Consideration, Share of Voice, Engagement Rate, Viewability).
  • Experience with third-party ad measurement tools (IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT, Impact, Adjust, Partnerize, Rakuten, Awin).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Well-versed in digital advertising formats, media agency operations, and programmatic advertising.
