What you will do
- Own the entire sales process, from strategic identification of key interlocutors to full negotiations, for your portfolio of corporate prospects.
- Represent hirify.global at events, conferences, and networks to increase market visibility.
- Pitch hirify.global and perform demos, aligning the platform's value with prospects' strategic objectives.
- Follow up on projects weekly, offering exceptional customer service to support organizations testing hirify.global.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to meet prospect expectations and contribute to cross-functional projects.
- Contribute to defining customer experience, optimizing existing processes, and developing market expertise within the EdTech industry.
Requirements
- A first experience in B2B software sales or B2B services sales (minimum 2 years).
- Strong interest in the EdTech industry.
- French native and fluent in English (C1 equivalent).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build rapport.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, driven to hit goals and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, rigorous, autonomous, and proactive in taking initiatives.
- Proven ability to convince, sell, and generate new opportunities creatively.
