What you will do
- Manage Retail Key Accounts and achieve assigned strategic objectives.
- Establish and develop productive relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
- Coordinate company resources and country campaigns with selected accounts.
- Define, manage, and control the budget per partner/account.
- Introduce and implement new product categories and key initiatives.
- Set up an efficient forecast process to drive predictable revenue growth.
Requirements
- Extensive account management experience in consumer electronics, IT, or FMCG.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proven experience in team coordination and people management.
- Fluent in English, with mandatory French at negotiation level.
- Deep understanding of retail sales processes and financial acumen.
- Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
