What you will do
- Launch, optimize, and scale performance campaigns across DSP networks for mobile products.
- Manage large ad budgets with a focus on efficiency and growth.
- Build, analyze, and automate DSP traffic buying through APIs or internal tools.
- Design and implement structured testing frameworks for creatives, GEOs, segments, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to maximize impact.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics (CTR, IPM, CPA, CPI, ROMI LT0/LT7, retention) and prepare detailed performance reports.
Requirements
- Experience in launching, optimizing, and scaling performance campaigns across DSP networks.
- Ability to manage large ad budgets effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for traffic analysis and metric monitoring.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing testing frameworks.
- English: B2 required.
