What you will do
- Plan, execute, and scale web user acquisition campaigns across Paid Social channels.
- Drive incremental growth through performance-focused campaign strategy and rapid experimentation.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and creative teams to develop effective landing pages and campaign assets.
- Generate insights from performance data and proactively identify areas of opportunity.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and evolving privacy regulations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of performance marketing experience in app user acquisition.
- Expert-level experience managing campaigns in Paid Social channels (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat).
- Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proficiency using BI platforms such as Looker Studio or Funnel.io to analyze and present data.
- Upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency in English.
Nice to have
- Solid understanding of web attribution models and tools.
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for web.
- Experience in Health Tech, FinTech, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with server-side tracking and privacy-compliant measurement setups.
