TL;DR

Location: Remote, USA with strong preference for Austin, San Francisco/San Jose Bay Area, or New York.

Salary: $160,000–$200,000

What you will do

  • Source, develop, and close new business opportunities to consistently exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Build a deep understanding of hirify.global’s products, value proposition, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and execute effective territory planning and account management strategies.
  • Proactively engage target prospects and evangelize hirify.global solutions with Development leaders and technical teams.
  • Deliver compelling presentations articulating hirify.global’s value using industry knowledge and customer case studies.
  • Qualify, document, and manage all opportunities within Salesforce (SFDC).

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience, specifically in database or data management software, or SaaS.
  • Located in the United States with strong preference for Austin, San Francisco/San Jose Bay Area, or New York.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong foundational understanding of database technologies and data platforms.
  • Strong ability to guide customers and prospects through sales processes using proven methods like MEDDPICC and Customer Centric Selling.
  • Proven ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with senior leadership and C-level executives.
