TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the Bay Area, CA. This role prioritizes a hybrid work environment, with remote work considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office based on specialized skill sets.

Salary: $160,000–$190,000 per year (base), with On Target Earnings (OTE) of $320,000–$380,000.

What you will do

  • Manage a sales pipeline and effectively forecast revenue.
  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
  • Interact with prospects and clients, demonstrating high attention to customization and detail.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client goals, pain points, and timelines within Machine Learning and Batch Processing use cases.
  • Travel up to 35% to meet with clients and prospects, and attend industry events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of B2B sales and/or account management experience, with 7+ years in Direct Enterprise selling.
  • Must be based in the Bay Area, CA, with US work authorization (A U.S. person, defined as a U.S. citizen/national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee, or eligible to access export controlled information).
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts both at a business and technical level.
  • Strong understanding of value-based sales best practices.
  • Proficient with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
