What you will do
- Take ownership of the law enforcement sector in the Rocky Mountains, with a heavy focus on Arizona.
- Identify and cultivate sales opportunities to surpass individual sales quotas and contribute to business growth.
- Deeply understand hirify.global's innovative AI solutions and articulate their value to diverse law enforcement audiences.
- Foster strong relationships with law enforcement agencies by immersing yourself in their challenges and technology roadmaps.
- Proactively identify and nurture a robust pipeline of opportunities, aligning with market trends.
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful deal closure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of field sales experience in the enterprise software/SaaS space, with expertise in data integration, analytics, and business intelligence.
- Proven success in selling SaaS platforms into net new complex accounts, demonstrated by overachievement of quota.
- Experience within the public sector B2G vertical is required.
- Ability to handle complex software platforms and personally demonstrate them.
- Comfort in negotiating and closing legal agreements with customers.
- Proficient in solution-based selling, with experience managing multi-threaded and challenging sales processes.
- Excellent executive-level verbal and written communication, presentation, listening, organization, and relationship management skills.
- Must be located in Arizona.
