Location: Utah, United States
Salary: $100,000 base salary / $160,000 OTE

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, building and nurturing strong relationships.
- Drive partner engagement through regular webinars, enablement sessions, events, and on-site visits.
- Generate and qualify new leads from partner networks and ensure effective routing.
- Support partners with enablement activities to strengthen their ability to represent and sell .
- Collaborate with partner teams to identify growth opportunities and contribute to ARR targets.
- Track and report on key performance indicators, including lead generation, activity levels, and revenue impact.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing SaaS roles (Sales / Business Development / Account management).
- Experience working with partners.
- Ability to travel frequently for business trips.
- Strong social skills and a love for making connections.
- Training and coaching skills.
- Public speaking skills.
