TL;DR

Location: Utah, United States

Salary: $100,000 base salary / $160,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, building and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Drive partner engagement through regular webinars, enablement sessions, events, and on-site visits.
  • Generate and qualify new leads from partner networks and ensure effective routing.
  • Support partners with enablement activities to strengthen their ability to represent and sell hirify.global.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to identify growth opportunities and contribute to ARR targets.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators, including lead generation, activity levels, and revenue impact.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing SaaS roles (Sales / Business Development / Account management).
  • Experience working with partners.
  • Ability to travel frequently for business trips.
  • Strong social skills and a love for making connections.
  • Training and coaching skills.
  • Public speaking skills.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge and experience in the payroll world.
  • Having a growth mindset and taking initiative.
