Product Design Lead

TL;DR

Product Design Lead: Owning end-to-end product design for a fast-growing SaaS influencer marketing analytics platform, setting UI quality and usability standards, and evolving the design system. Focus on translating vision and data into strong UX decisions, collaborating closely with engineering, and designing product-led growth flows.

Location: Remote. Requires tax residency in Portugal. Operates within European time (9am-6pm) for 4 core hours.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design for core and new initiatives.
• Set high standards for UI quality and usability.
• Evolve and maintain the design system for scalable growth.
• Collaborate deeply with Engineering, considering technical constraints.
• Partner with Product to make data-driven UX decisions.
• Design product-led growth flows (activation, adoption, retention).

Requirements

• Senior product designer or design lead experience.
• Strong UI skills and attention to consistency.
• Proven experience with B2B, data-heavy products.
• Strong collaboration record with engineering teams.
• Advanced Figma skills (including Figma Make).
• Experience working with and scaling design systems.
• Product-minded, impact-driven, and open to feedback.
• Tax residency in Portugal required.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
