Senior Product Designer (SaaS): Leading design across the full SaaS product lifecycle, transforming complex interoperability workflows into intuitive, elegant product experiences with an accent on end-to-end design ownership. Focus on synthesizing user research data, creating high-fidelity prototypes, and leveraging AI-powered tools for accelerated ideation and discovery.

What you will do

Lead design across the full product lifecycle (discovery, definition, prototyping, and delivery).
Synthesize user research data to uncover opportunities and shape product direction.
Create high-fidelity user flows and prototypes to test and validate ideas quickly.
Collaborate daily with Engineers and Product Managers to ensure designs are feasible and executed to spec.
Use AI-driven discovery tools to accelerate ideation, pattern recognition, and concept generation.
Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.

Requirements

5+ years of product design experience across the full software lifecycle.
Strong portfolio showing high-impact B2B or enterprise SaaS work.
Expert in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Lovable).
Experience using AI-powered or generative tools for research and ideation.
Excellent interaction and visual design craft.
Strong communicator who can influence cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

Familiarity with healthcare data or interoperability (FHIR, HL7, APIs).
Experience with data-dense UIs or developer-facing products.
Experience in remote-first environments.
