What you will do

• Lead strategic product design initiatives from early logic through to polished UI.
• Own UX logic and flow design, ensuring edge cases are resolved pre-development.
• Champion data, research, and experimentation to validate decisions and optimize conversion.
• Bridge Design and Technology, aligning with engineers on feasibility and design intent.
• Set and protect global design standards across all markets.
• Mentor and elevate designers, fostering a culture of craft excellence.
• Influence international stakeholders using diplomacy and clarity to align with new brand guidelines.

Requirements

• A diplomatic communicator who excels in complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong hands-on experience across UX and UI, comfortable at both vision and detail levels.
• Logic-led by nature, with a deep appreciation for information architecture and system states.
