hirify.global is a product company developing intelligent purchasing software using predictive analytics to optimize inventory management for webshops and wholesalers.

What you will do

• Collaborate directly with the Design Lead to execute high-quality vector designs and UI components for product sprints using Figma.
• Create stunning visual assets for both product interface and marketing campaigns, ensuring a consistent visual identity.
• Produce icons, illustrations, and layouts that elevate the user experience.
• Incorporate User Research insights into the design process.
• Work with the Marketing team to deliver assets that convert, without losing sight of the product vision.

Requirements

• Highly proficient in Figma and modern vector design tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in UI, typography, and layout.
• Understanding of the constraints and possibilities of designing for SaaS/Web products.
• Ability to jump into sprint tasks and help the team meet delivery goals.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience or strong interest in User Research methods.
• Background in a SaaS or Tech environment.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
