What you will do

• Design end-to-end experiences for new and existing products, owning the full design process from prototypes to high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to define problems, ensure feasibility, and maintain quality.
• Contribute to hirify.global's design system, creating scalable patterns for cohesive and consistent user experiences.
• Champion the user by running discovery sessions, analyzing user feedback, and using data to inform design decisions.
• Push design craft forward, always seeking improvements beyond delivery and the status quo.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of product design experience, having shipped features or products in complex domains like fintech, SaaS, or technical workflows.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving ability, process, and execution.
• Proficiency in visual and interaction design skills, with an eye for composition, typography, and layout.
• Ability to think in systems, understanding how individual features connect across a suite of products.
• Expertise with design tools, specifically Figma for designs and component libraries.
• Clear communication skills to articulate design decisions to engineers, stakeholders, and users.
• Self-sufficiency and ownership, including effective time management, prioritization, and proactive problem identification.
• Curiosity and adaptability, with excitement to learn about new domains like blockchain technology and institutional finance.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for crypto, fintech, or financial services.
• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and design tokens.
• Experience designing for iOS.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
