What you will do

• Take full ownership of major design initiatives from zero to one.
• Lead discovery, design, validation, and iteration end-to-end.
• Conduct customer research to understand needs and translate them into elegant, usable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers throughout the design process.
• Shape the design function, mentor junior designers, and define processes.
• Define goals, plan quarterly roadmaps, and make strategic design decisions with the big picture in mind.
