Salary: £70,000–£80,000 base + uncapped commission.

What you will do

• Lead the full sales cycle for Salesforce-native CTI solutions.
• Build and manage relationships with Salesforce’s ecosystem and partner sellers.
• Develop multi-threaded accounts and influence senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams to shape bespoke client solutions.
• Stay sharp on market shifts, positioning the product competitively.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ success in SaaS sales, ideally within the Salesforce or CTI space.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed ambitious sales targets.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Strong understanding of value-led, consultative enterprise selling.
• Confidence navigating complex sales cycles and stakeholder landscapes.
