What you will do

  • Own the sales experience and manage relationships with key decision-makers and executives at Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Conduct discovery calls and deliver product demonstrations to prospects.
  • Prospect for new clients, design product presentations, develop proposals, negotiate, and close contracts.
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Represent the product to customers and at field events, including scoping, managing, and executing customer pilots/POCs.
  • Communicate and collaborate with customers and partners to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of SaaS software sales experience at an enterprise level.
  • Proven experience negotiating, structuring, and executing complex enterprise-level agreements.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams through large deal close processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to C-level executives.
  • Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers.
  • Ability to travel.

  • Proficiency in using hosted contact center applications.
