What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for EU-based roles from intake and sourcing through offer and close.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role needs and align on profiles.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear, thoughtful communication.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines across technical and non-technical roles.
- Track progress, flag bottlenecks, and share clear feedback on what’s working.
- Evolve recruiting practices, including interview structure, candidate experience, and role calibration.
Requirements
- 4-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in startup or high-growth environments.
- Comfortable owning roles independently and moving searches forward without heavy oversight.
- Experience recruiting for technical and business or operational hires.
- Communicate clearly and directly with candidates and hiring managers.
- Adaptable, organized, and steady under shifting priorities.
- Enjoys building and improving processes, even when not fully defined yet.
