What you will do

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to coordinate product delivery and ensure clear sprint goals.
• Facilitate Scrum and PI ceremonies, focusing on impediment removal and feedback.
• Assist the Product Owner with team backlog review and sprint preparation.
• Monitor progress, issues, and risks, and track delivery metrics.
• Help align the team on PI plans and objectives, identifying risks and issues.
• Promote a lean-agile mindset and safeguard Scrum practices and principles.

Requirements

• Ability to remove barriers, keep the team on track, and encourage collaboration.
• Knowledge of engineering best practices.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to coach for team development.
• Flexibility, persistence, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.
• Ideally 3+ years related experience as a Scrum Master or at least 3 years related experience as a project team member with a minimum of 2 years experience in Agile software development, including coaching on agile methodologies.
• Experience with successful Agile techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
