What you will do

• Organize and operate high-performing, multi-disciplined teams for game release and beyond.
• Own and manage multiple gaming projects with global clients, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Manage resources, equipment, and financial control for projects.
• Engage with clients dynamically, ensuring test activities meet client needs.
• Run projects across Spain and the UK simultaneously during the PST shift.
• Contribute to growing projects and enhancing the company's market reputation.

Requirements

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Proven experience on the test floor and in a prior leadership role
• Extensive experience in Quality Assurance practices, including FQA, CQA, Compatibility, and UAT
• Thorough knowledge of QA Tools, SDKs, VR/AR platforms, and first-party platform requirements
• Established experience managing diverse teams
• Ability to negotiate with intelligence and pragmatism
