What you will do

• Develop optimized delivery plans and sequence of tasks in collaboration with Product Owners and Engineering Leads.
• Catalogue and lead dependencies between your lab, other teams, and third parties.
• Coordinate implementation readiness and events, leading on Service Introduction and value delivery.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating blockers to Lead Product Owners or Engineering Leads.
• Act as an interface between third-party suppliers and key business colleagues to manage critical programmes.
• Run complex, high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple internal and external parties.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital delivery management within a large organisation.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and delivery roadmap planning.
• Experience working in a tech environment, delivering integration of technical components.
• Excellent partner and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and resolve issues.
