What you will do

• Develop and lead end-to-end integration plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Oversee overall integration execution to ensure integrations land on time, on budget, and successfully for the people.
• Work closely with leaders across various departments to solve key dependencies and must-get-rights.
• Build bridges between acquiring and acquired teams to ensure a smooth, cohesive transition.
• Track integration progress, report key metrics to leadership, and measure synergy realization.
• Conduct post-integration reviews and contribute to improving PMI playbooks and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in post-merger integration, M & A consulting, or large-scale project management.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of M&A processes and operational functions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Experience in Go-To-Market, Product, or Technology related integration priorities.
