Senior ScrumMaster

TL;DR

Senior ScrumMaster: Coaching and empowering product teams to build and optimize products with an accent on driving outcome-focused decisions and prioritising efficiency. Focus on mitigating risks, removing impediments, and developing other Scrum Masters.

Location: For this role, we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in London or Leeds. With a flexible work policy, there aren't any current requirements for the number of days you come to the office.

Salary: £66,000–£100,000 GBP

• Utilize Agile frameworks to coach and empower product teams.

• Navigate risks, dependencies, and remove impediments to ensure seamless delivery.
• Mentor other Scrum Masters and contribute to company-wide Agile practices.

• Proven product development leader with expertise in Agile frameworks.
• Advocate and practitioner of Agile values and processes.
• Strong ability to build trust and improve team performance.
• Excellent communication skills to align with stakeholders at all levels.
• Champion continuous delivery and quality, ensuring frequent release of high-quality software.
• Customer-oriented approach, focusing on delivering measurable outcomes for users.

Nice to have

• Understanding of multiple frameworks like Lean, Kanban, and Scrum.
• Experience working with a global team across Europe and the U.S.
