What you will do

• Develop and maintain project management standards and processes based on hirify.global’s unified methodology.
• Manage financial and KPI information for the programme, providing accurate and timely reporting.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues across workstreams, developing mitigation strategies.
• Configure and manage JIRA to execute programme activities and maintain a single source of truth.
• Use data and analytics to deliver insights that add value and inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain robust processes for tracking people's allocation and capacity across all programme workstreams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in PMO roles within Agile environments, ideally on large-scale programmes.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Advanced proficiency in JIRA configuration and reporting.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into meaningful actions.
• Experience managing financials, KPIs, risks, and dependencies in complex programmes.
