TL;DR

Technical Solutions Manager: Advising clients and internal teams on product capabilities and real-world execution for a ticketing and e-commerce platform with an accent on leading complex implementations, auditing event builds, and translating client needs into product insights. Focus on proactive problem-solving, advocating for technical improvements, and ensuring scalable client success.

Location: 100% remote with an optional work environment at our Santa Monica office. At this time we are only able to hire US Citizens or active US Green Card holders.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 DOE + Equity

What you will do

  • Serve as primary technical advisor for a client portfolio, understanding their business models and goals.
  • Lead technical implementations, ensuring clients are set up for long-term success.
  • Proactively audit event builds, configurations, and workflows, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as a strong voice of the client, translating real-world use cases into clear product feedback.
  • Participate in Go-To-Market initiatives by testing new features and validating workflows.
  • Document common client questions, edge cases, and solutions to improve internal knowledge.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in technical account management, SaaS implementations, live event operations, or technical client support.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and integrations.
  • Ability to ask probing questions, synthesize information, and make clear, defensible recommendations.
  • Comfort pushing back professionally using data, logic, and client impact to influence decisions.
  • Highly organized, efficient, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite event support.
  • Must be a US Citizen or active US Green Card holder.
