What you will do

  • Lead sales coverage for the Western Canada region to drive adoption of alternative investment solutions.
  • Develop and execute a proactive regional coverage plan to expand hirify.global’s presence among advisors and dealer platforms.
  • Acquire new relationships, expand existing accounts, and provide ongoing client service through a consultative sales approach.
  • Deliver thoughtful advisor education on incorporating alternative investments into diversified client portfolios.
  • Partner with Canadian leadership to refine the coverage model and optimize territory.
  • Represent hirify.global at regional and national industry events, conferences, and advisor seminars.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of client-facing experience in the Canadian investment industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Demonstrated success selling or supporting a diverse range of investment strategies, ideally with alternative investments exposure.
  • Direct relationships with Canadian banks, independent dealers, family offices, and investment advisors within the target region.
  • Meets the regulatory requirements to be registered as a Registered Individual (Exempt Market Dealer).
  • Outstanding relationship building, communication, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • CFA or CAIA certification or progress toward completion.
  • CIM designation or CSC completion.
