What you will do

• Define the global website strategy, roadmap, and performance as a core business asset.
• Define the role of digital across the buyer journey, from awareness through conversion.
• Drive measurable outcomes including CRO, pipeline contribution, and engagement.
• Partner with Demand, PMM, Brand, Sales, and Product on launches and campaigns.
• Own analytics, experimentation, SEO, AEO, accessibility, and performance standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in web, digital, or growth marketing roles.
• 5+ years in senior leadership managing teams and complex stakeholders.
• Proven ownership of a B2B website as a revenue-driving channel.
• Strong understanding of demand generation, CRO, and buyer journeys.
• Data-driven mindset with strong business judgment.
