What you will do
- Build and execute a comprehensive demand-generation strategy to drive qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
- Design and implement digital customer nurturing programs to strengthen relationships and increase lifetime value.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
- Oversee market research and customer insights to identify trends and priority markets for strategic focus.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, STEM, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, paid media, social, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce), and analytics tools.
