TL;DR

Field Marketing Manager (SaaS): Designing and delivering strategic, high-impact programs that fuel pipeline growth, strengthen customer and partner relationships, and drive revenue. Focus on development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives pipeline growth and revenue.

Location: This role is based in Bellevue, WA with expectation of two to three days a week in the office

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 a year

What you will do

  • Drive pipeline growth through strategic field marketing initiatives.
  • Build meaningful, high-impact field marketing experiences for hirify.global customers and prospects.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy that drives pipeline growth and revenue.
  • Cross-functional collaboration for maximum reach and input on all ABM programs.
  • Develop and deliver high-touch marketing programs that accelerate opportunities, strengthen executive relationships, generate qualified pipeline, and influence revenue growth.
  • Align with the Partner organization to integrate partner-led events and campaigns into the regional marketing plan, ensuring mutual business value, scalability, and leverage in overall GTM execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing with expertise in field, demand generation, or event marketing.
  • Proven success running integrated programs that drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and impact revenue.
  • Strong knowledge of the B2B buying cycle and ability to tailor programs by funnel stage.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Experience collaborating with enterprise sales teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Clear and compelling communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with marketing automation platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
