What you will do
- Define and own end-to-end strategy and execution for high-impact SAP-aligned events and executive programs.
- Partner with SAP marketing leaders to align objectives, messaging, and execution models.
- Track success beyond attendance, including pipeline influence, deal progression, and account impact.
- Lead SAP-aligned regional field marketing initiatives and oversee campaign execution across events, ABM, and digital.
- Collaborate with Sales, Partner, and Customer Success leaders to align marketing investment to pipeline needs.
- Design, establish, and evolve reusable SAP field marketing standards and playbooks across regions and teams.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with deep experience in field marketing, partner marketing, or strategic GTM roles in enterprise or SaaS.
- Proven ownership of complex, high-visibility marketing portfolios with measurable business impact.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity, define structure, and build scalable playbooks.
- Strong strategic and analytical acumen, able to lead scenario planning and defend business cases.
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level storytelling and presence.
- Experience working with or alongside SAP or a large enterprise ecosystem partner strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation, ABM platforms, and event tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, aligned to SAP events and regional business needs.
