What you will do
- Drive pipeline creation and expansion through strategic regional programs supporting the AMER Central sales team.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify top enterprise accounts and design targeted programs.
- Manage and optimize a dedicated regional marketing budget, tracking expenses and improving pipeline-to-spend ratios.
- Experiment and scale by piloting innovative event strategies and leveraging hirify.global AI to enhance operational efficiency.
- Measure and communicate impact through pipeline dashboards and performance analytics.
- Adapt plans quickly as company priorities and market conditions evolve.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B field marketing or demand generation experience within enterprise software/SaaS.
- Sales partnership expert with demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with sales leadership.
- Event marketing specialist with hands-on experience running account-based programs and executive roundtables.
- Data-driven decision maker who uses analytics to optimize programs, with proficiency in Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Looker, and event management platforms like Splash.
- Technology savvy with experience using ABM platforms and a solid understanding of modern B2B lead management and attribution models.
- Budget owner who has successfully managed regional marketing budgets and tracked ROI.
