TL;DR

Senior Client Account & Services Manager (Fintech): Managing the full software platform and business support for L&A Exchange customers, focusing on project implementation lifecycle and client relationship development. Focus on identifying client requirements, defining project scope, and coordinating cross-functional teams for successful delivery of insurance products.

Location: Hybrid in Alpharetta, GA. This position is based in Atlanta, GA. No relocation package will be provided.

What you will do

  • Manage internal and external communications for assigned client accounts.
  • Analyze client requests by understanding L&A Exchange business objectives and processes.
  • Define project scope, create Statements of Work, and manage the full project implementation lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with cross-country and cross-time zone teams for project requirements.
  • Train clients on system usage and assist with developing training materials.
  • Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, including issue/risk tracking and resolution.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree required.
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience, with 4 years in a project management position.
  • Methodical critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (in-person, telephone, written).
  • Ability to identify client requirements and write Business Requirements Documents and Software Requirement Documents independently.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.

Nice to have

  • Insurance/financial services (Life and Annuity) industry knowledge.
  • Experience with Web-based software as a service (SaaS) applications.
  • Knowledge of XML, JavaScript, and SQL.
