Location: This role is hybrid, requiring work in the office Monday-Thursday, with remote flexibility on Friday. Must be based in the United States.

Salary: $150,000–$190,000

What you will do

• Own and manage the full release communications program, ensuring accuracy and alignment to product scope and client impact.
• Maintain a forward-looking launch calendar and drive alignment on timing, scope, and cross-functional readiness.
• Define and enforce launch readiness standards, including stage gates and completion of enablement materials.
• Oversee post-launch checks, early adoption monitoring, and structured follow-up workflows.
• Drive intake-to-delivery governance, ensuring rollout plans and enablement needs are met.
• Partner with Program Managers, Support, and Data & Analytics teams to manage risks and ensure actionable insights post-launch.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product operations, program and release management, or enterprise product delivery leadership.
• Strong track record leading cross-functional launches in SaaS or fintech environments.
• Deep experience with delivery governance, stage-gates, enablement, and communication frameworks.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and influence skills with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, and SharePoint.

• Familiarity with analytics dashboards.
