What you will do
- Lead the successful delivery of a portfolio of Onboarding Projects and value-add Consultancy engagements.
- Manage key interactions with clients, including leading key meetings and training sessions.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring they are challenging, constructive, and professional.
- Respond to client questions and issues during hirify.global implementation, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
- Use Excel and in-house Data Import Tool to transfer existing data into hirify.global, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Build reports and dashboards for clients using hirify.global’s built-in BI tools.
Requirements
- Experience providing professional services in a consulting or project management role, managing concurrent engagements.
- Proven track record of supporting business change projects in complex organizations.
- Successful track record of managing and delivering multiple complex client engagements to a strict timeframe.
- Ability to take ownership to deliver engagements successfully with minimal senior oversight.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and data manipulation skills, including Excel.
- Experience managing or coaching colleagues to support their career and personal development.
