Location: This role will be based in either the New York City, Austin, King of Prussia, or Phoenix office, and will be part of hirify.global's hybrid in-office operation.
Salary: $100,000β$110,000 base

What you will do
- Manage a team of client service professionals, establishing best practices and meeting SLAs.
- Ensure satisfaction of high-tiered enterprise partners, advisors, and sponsors.
- Lead client escalations and work with internal parties for resolution.
- Serve as subject matter expert on client plans and administrative procedures.
- Identify, analyze, and execute process improvements for scalability and efficiency.
- Drive key KPIs, client engagement, retention, and participation in retirement accounts.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of defined contribution experience, including Client Service, Plan Administration, Compliance, Plan Design, and/or Conversion for 401(k) and/or 403(b) plans.
- Develop and maintain strong business partnerships with financial advisors, Plan Sponsors, and vendors.
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong commitment to superior customer service and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google docs, Adobe Acrobat, and network directories.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, proficient with numbers and basic calculations.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of one or more record-keeping systems.
- Series 7, 65, 66 license.
- Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) credential.
