hirify.global is an esports organization seeking a Social Media Manager for its Brand, Marketing & Content team.

What you will do

• Publish and manage content across social platforms including Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Discord.
• Deliver real-time and rapid-turnaround social coverage during matches, tournaments, and events.
• Execute social content plans aligned with ongoing team activity and marketing initiatives.
• Engage with fans across platforms to maintain clear and timely communication.
• Contribute to Brand and Partner campaigns through platform-appropriate social execution.
• Capture and edit short-form social content (photo and video).

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience managing social media accounts or community channels.
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms and current trends.
• Experience creating and editing short-form social video content.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere and/or CapCut.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English required.

Nice to have

• Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or social scheduling tools such as Hootsuite.
• Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp.
• Prior experience working in esports, gaming, or live-event environments.
• Fluency in Portuguese.
