What you will do

• Produce final design across digital marketing assets like banners, social creatives, and digital graphics.
• Handle versioning, adaptation, and localization of assets at scale.
• Act as a brand guardian to ensure all assets meet brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across brand, marketing, and local market teams to support ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
• Manage multiple requests and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Maintain and develop design assets, templates, workflows, and production processes, leveraging AI tools.

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years' experience in producing high-performing designs in a consumer tech or commercial scale up.
• Strong execution skills with a sharp eye for detail, layout, typography, and visual consistency.
• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience working with digital channels and understanding channel-specific production requirements.
• Practical experience in using AI tools to support automation, asset generation, and workflow optimisation.
• Communicate clearly across teams and stakeholders.
