What you will do
- Own and evolve Juniper Germany’s brand and content strategy across all key touch points, focusing on performance-first creative.
- Build, hire, and manage a lean in-house creative team covering design, art direction, copy, and motion.
- Set and own creative quality standards, frameworks, and testing principles.
- Oversee creative performance by developing hypotheses, reviewing results, and iterating quickly.
- Partner closely with the Creative Strategist and Growth team to plan and execute high-impact campaigns.
- Manage and elevate work from external agencies, freelancers, and creators, while establishing efficient workflows.
Requirements
- Strong experience in both brand and performance creative, with a clear understanding of their synergy.
- Proven ability to build and lead small creative teams, including hiring and developing talent.
- Hands-on experience shaping paid social creative (Meta-first), including hooks, formats, UGC, and rapid testing.
- Comfort working in regulated or trust-sensitive categories like healthcare, wellness, or fintech.
- High creative judgment paired with data literacy to drive outcomes.
- Experience operating in ambiguity, moving fast, and iterating without perfect information.
- Experience working with designers and creatives using AI-powered tools, plus strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe tools.
- Native or fluent German required for local market intuition and copy oversight.
