What you will do

  • Evolve the brand and content strategy across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Build and manage a high-performing in-house creative team including design, copy, and motion.
  • Set quality standards and testing principles for performance-first creative assets.
  • Analyze creative performance metrics to iterate and improve conversion outcomes.
  • Partner with growth teams to execute multi-channel campaigns on paid social and owned channels.
  • Oversee and manage output from external agencies and freelance creators.

Requirements

  • Fluent or native German proficiency is required.
  • Proven experience building and leading small creative teams from the ground up.
  • Strong background balancing both brand equity and performance-driven creative strategy.
  • Expertise in Meta-first social creative and rapid testing methodologies.
  • Experience working within highly regulated or trust-sensitive industries.
  • Proficiency with modern creative tooling including Figma, Adobe, and AI-powered workflows.
