Senior Manager, Customer Success (Public Sector)

Location: Remote (USA). Applicants within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office are expected to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $156,000–$195,000 USD (annual base + variable)

• Deliver vision and empower Customer Success teams to drive targets.

• Ensure alignment between Sales and Customer Success.

• Support operations like forecasting, recruiting, training, and QA for your segment.
• Build relationships with top customers to foster upsell and retention.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in Scale/Volume Customer Success.
• Experience managing multiple teams owning renewal transactions.
• Direct experience negotiating renewals and driving ARR.
• Comfortable operating in a data-driven environment with BI tools.
• Minimum of 8 years related experience (or 6+ with an advanced degree).
• Work authorization for the USA is required.
