Location: Remote U.S.
Salary: $111,000–$130,000 USD

What you will do
- Serve as a key advisor to customers across different industries and stages, maximizing impact through 1:1 and 1:many approaches.
- Leverage email campaigns, calls, and a shared inbox to proactively address customer needs and ensure compliance goals are met.
- Enable customers to become self-sufficient advocates by guiding them through challenges and setting them up for long-term success and retention.
- Utilize the CS platform to track customer health, making data-driven decisions to enhance outcomes.
- Advise customers on optimizing their use of 's compliance offerings (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, USDP), Trust Reports, and Risk Management solutions.
- Act as a customer advocate, channeling feedback and insights to the Product team to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company.
- 1-3 years of industry knowledge in GRC, compliance, and/or cybersecurity.
- Proven background in managing a large book of business at scale.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve retention targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Clear and thoughtful communication skills with high empathy for customers.
