Salary: $186,000–$257,000 a year (Base Salary)

What you will do

• Lead an experienced team of TPMs and guide their professional development.
• Own IT & Business Application deliverables for the corporate roadmap.
• Translate corporate strategy and milestones into detailed technical roadmaps and timelines.
• Drive quarterly planning activities and iterative improvement to product development processes.
• Develop and improve the intake process for a wide range of internal and external customers.
• Represent the team in cross-departmental forums, with key stakeholders, and in executive meetings.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT, program management, or management consulting.
• Experience leading a Program Management Office.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team of technical program managers.
• Success in leading complex, cross-functional programs from start to finish.
• Experience with diverse IT architectures, enterprise IT data centers, large-scale transaction processing environments, external hosted services, and cloud computing environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with developing from scratch and scaling engineering or operational processes.
• Experience with budget management for an IT organization.
• Experience in a high-growth company.
