UX Researcher III, Consumer (AI): Shaping products at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and human behavior, generating insights, and partnering with cross-functional teams to solve the right problems for real people. Salary: $117,500–$176,000 USD (yearly)

What you will do
- Generate insights that shape AI-powered experiences helping people understand and act on their medical data.
- Partner with product, clinical, and engineering teams to design dynamic, personalized care pathways.
- Build a deep understanding of user needs to inform a patient-centered platform for longitudinal health insights.
- Lead end-to-end research to inform personalized care recommendations and health-management experiences.
- Design and execute mixed-methods research (qualitative and quantitative), including interviews, usability testing, diary studies, and surveys.
- Synthesize and communicate insights through storytelling, frameworks, and visual artifacts to influence product strategy and design decisions.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Social Sciences, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of applied UX research experience in product or service design environments.
- Able to independently manage multiple workstreams with a bias toward action.
- Strong command of qualitative and quantitative methods and tools (e.g., Dscout, Qualtrics), with the ability to analyze complex datasets and apply basic statistics.
- Must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.
Nice to have
- M.A/M.S./Ph.D. in Social Sciences, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design or related field.
- Experience in healthcare research, including consumer healthcare, digital health, or regulated domains.
- Experience working on AI-powered or data-driven products.
- Experience driving alignment in fast-paced, ambiguous 0→1 environments.
