What you will do

• Design new products and features for patient and provider-facing mobile and web apps.
• Develop and test design ideas using wireframes, flows, mockups, and prototypes.
• Partner with product managers and engineers throughout the entire product life cycle from concept to pixel-perfect detail.
• Elevate user experience and improve conversion rates while formalizing the company design system.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables, including marketing assets and growth experiments.
• Create high-impact visual communication for landing pages, campaigns, and acquisition funnels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience designing and shipping high-quality consumer-facing mobile and web software.
• Online portfolio demonstrating a systematic approach to design and understanding of user cognition.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, libraries, auto-layouts, and functional prototypes.
• Ability to articulate design rationale and lead discussions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York, NY.
