What you will do

• Construct strategies to leverage hirify.global’s network for Digital Sovereignty and operational resilience within EU and Defense organizations.
• Navigate complex Framework Agreements, Tenders, and Public Procurement to secure high-impact deals.
• Engage Generals, CIOs, and Policy Leaders to challenge assumptions and guide them through Zero Trust and Data Localization shifts.
• Position yourself as a strategic advisor on cyber-resilience, articulating hirify.global’s architecture against geopolitical cyber threats.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams, including Public Policy, Legal, Solutions Engineering, and Product, to meet unique compliance and technical needs.
• Work with specialized Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and local partners to manage multi-year sales cycles.

Requirements

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a heavy focus on the Public Sector, EU Institutions, or Defense (NATO).
• Strong understanding of the procurement language of Brussels and the security demands of Mons.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of shaping requirements before RFPs are written.
• Understanding of GDPR, EU Cloud Certification (EUCS), and data residency for digital sovereignty.
• Ability to challenge "how it’s always been done" in government IT, advocating for modern solutions.
• Ideally hold or be eligible for NATO/EU Security Clearance.
