What you will do
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with hirify.global Health clients, focusing on their overall satisfaction.
- Manage all implemented products and monitor client health.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and monitor product usage.
- Conduct Client Business Reviews and Workflow Assessments.
- Engage with the Customer Community and communicate with Customer Success Representatives.
- Provide Best Practices Recommendations and collect client feedback.
- Manage account profiles and ensure performance metrics accountability.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years' experience in the Healthcare IT industry or Healthcare Revenue Cycle in a similar role.
- Travel required, approximately 30% based on client needs.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the broad range of hirify.global Health products and services.
- 3+ years' experience in a Provider-based background.
- 2+ years' experience with Salesforce.
- Conceptual understanding and some use of Gen AI, Co Pilot, and GPT.
